An update on the list of denialist panels: www.Hayastan.com's new office!!!It is not just a blogian propaganda that www.Hayastan.com is the most popular Armenian website in the Milky Way Galaxy! The statistics of www.circle.am confirm that www.Hayastan.com is the most viewed Armenian website! I want to thank my dear friend Artur Asatryan, the chief Webmaster of www.Hayastan.com, for all of his efforts. There are other people too, indeed, who contribute to the development of Hayastan.com. The website features almost every appropriate virtual entity: dictionaries, forum, online chat, gallery and much more!
I hope that www.blogian.hayastan.com also contributes to Hayastan.com’s development. About 100 people read Blogian daily despite the fact that it is not searchable through Google blogs and is not listed in blog directories! I receive over a dozen letters per day through contact@blogian.cjb.net, and sometimes from non-Armenians!
Oh, almost forgot! The reason that I am so existed is because I just saw photos of www.Hayastan.com’s new office in downtown Yerevan, Armenia! For your information, Artur Asatryan currently lives in England and attends one of the best schools in the world. So it is cool that www.Hayastan.com has an office in Armenia!!! For those who don’t know Armenian, Hayastan/Հայաստան means “Armenia” in Armenian.
List of Denialist PanelsThis list is the pbs with all the stations that will broadcast (in the U.S.) the Genocide deniers panel program after showing "The Armenian Genocide" film by Andrew Goldberg. See how people get along with "freedom of speech" in this country? Thank you to A.A. for sending me the list: Armenian Genocide: Exploring the Issues Report Date Range: 04/17/2006 to 05/07/2006. WEDWDT3 Wed 4/19/2006 3:00 AM ET New York NY 1 Boringly IgnorantAs I wrote on 24 February 2006, Netherland’s Secretary of State for Education, Culture and Science was inquired about the destruction of Jugha cemetery by the Azerbaijani government. Dutch authorities have responded to Dutch MP C. G. van der Staaij of the SGP (Reformed Political Party) , Holandahay Forum informs.
Below are the politically correct (I should say, boringly ignorant) and uninformative answers.
Answers of Dutch Foreign Minister Ben Bot, also on behalf of Secretary of State for Education, Culture and Science Van der Laan, on written questions of Dutch MP Kees van der Staaij (SGP ) on the destruction of Armenian Khachkars of Old Jougha. S.2461 Introduced to U.S. SenateU.S. senators Rick Santorum (R-PA) and Robert Menendez (D-NJ) have introduced a major bill (S. 2461) in the U.S. Senate that would bar assistance for a proposed $800 million railway that would connect Azerbaijan, Georgia and Turkey while bypassing Armenia, an Armenian Assembly of America 28 March 2006 press-release informs.
he legislation, known as the South Caucasus Integration and Open Railroads Act, was introduced shortly after participants of the Assembly’s National Conference met with senior staff representing Senators Santorum and Menendez – both longtime supporters of Armenian issues. The three-day National Conference was co-hosted by the AGBU and Eastern and Western Dioceses of the Armenian Church. "Sireli Yeghpayrs"
For those of you in Germany there is a good opportunity to see Turkish author Osman Koker's exhibit, Sireli Yeghpayrs (My Dear Brother), on Turkey’s Armenian past.
He has recently published a book that has hundreds of archival photographs (mainly postcards) showing the Armenian life and heritage 100 years ago.
The event will take place in Köln/Cologne Germany with accompanying German, Armenian and Turkish texts. Sponsored by the Turkish German organization Kulturforum Turkei-Deutschland, the exhibit will be open during 31 March – 25 April 2006. via ArmWorkShop@UMich |
