Who wants to bet this would never be allowed to go forward if it didn't include a Muslim (presumably Turk)-Armenian relationship? If it wasn't so inaccurate I would have no problem with it but this is just trying to tie an equal Turkish claim to the island. They've already changed the name, it's ability to be religious, and planted a bunch of Turkish flags around the island (not to mention one inscribed hugely into the mountainside next to it talking about the importance of protecting the motherland), now they're trying to change the legend as well. While I want to believe the person in charge of this has good intentions, considering the Turkish track record with Akhtamar I don't think so. Akh, this is frusterating.
